The big freeze that’s been gripping North America in the last few weeks was not kind on Toronto either. But I guess, people living in Canada are more prepared for these than many other countries- in fact we wait for it.
The freeze dumped so much snow in the downtown core, that we saw people trying to maneuver with skis on! The streetcar drivers had to move out of the cab to shovel the tracks!
